Can only build agriculture or other raw resources like fish and coconut. Goals: An island focused only on tourism with no industry, oil, or mining development. I started all these in the colonial era on max difficulty, but those settings are really up to you. I haven’t played Tropico 6 in a while and don’t have any of the DLC yet, but I want to share some sandbox scenario challenges that are quite fun if you’re into that style of play.
